Project Management
Professional Management from Site Measurement to Handover
From initial assessment through to final handover, we maintain full control of every stage to keep the project progressing according to plan.
We begin with accurate site measurements to confirm the scope of work, dimensions and construction requirements. Once the quotation is approved, we immediately arrange for materials and construction works.
We assess the required timeline accurately based on the project scale and construction arrangements. If the specified deadline cannot be met, we state this clearly from the outset and never make promises we cannot fulfil.
During construction, we coordinate the sequence of electrical wiring installation and other related works to ensure smooth transitions between trades and minimise waiting time and delays.
Our construction team is managed with strict discipline, and every worker is required to comply with the following site practices:
- Strictly comply with the client’s standard operating procedures and site safety requirements.
- Protect the work area properly and dispose of construction waste responsibly.
- Clear all food containers and other rubbish before leaving the site to keep the work area clean and tidy.
Quality Assurance
Every Detail, Carefully Inspected
Upon completion, Alson or the project supervisor inspects every aspect of the workmanship, including the finishing details and the overall finished appearance, and tests all fittings to ensure that they function properly. Any defect identified is rectified immediately, and the project is handed over only after it has met the required standards.
After-Sales Assurance
The Project Is Complete. Our Assurance Continue
Our responsibility for workmanship does not end at handover. After completion, we continue to provide after-sales support for workmanship defects and applicable warranty matters.
Defect Rectification
If a workmanship defect is reported, we promptly arrange for our team to return to the site for inspection and rectification.
Fittings Warranty
Selected glass door fittings are covered by a one-year warranty, providing clients with continued after-sales assurance upon project completion.
